The glue used is a reactive hot melt adhesive that has a very strong bonding power even in small quantities, and it is a high-priced specialty product. Once it hardens while adhered, the peeling process becomes very difficult, and it cannot be reused, resulting in significant waste. Issues: 1. Since the glue has a strong bonding power, high non-stick properties are required. 2. As it is hot melt, the glue pot is constantly heated with a heater. 3. After removing the glue pot for processing, it must be immediately surface-treated and delivered for installation.

Non-stick surface treatment for baked goods molds! We will propose suitable surface treatments based on our extensive track record.

We would like to introduce a case study on solving customer issues for a confectionery manufacturer. The company encountered a problem during the production of a new baked goods product. The dough was sticking to the mold, making it difficult to release it cleanly. Upon examining the molds manufactured by the oven manufacturer, it was found that they were surface-treated with PTFE. Therefore, we proposed a PFA coating, which has superior non-stick properties. As a result, they were surprised to learn that even among fluoropolymer coatings, there can be performance differences. With the use of PFA-treated molds, production went smoothly, and the new product was successfully launched.
